I have dedicated my life to empowering others to take action & be heard!
✧ I represent victims & survivors of domestic violence, children, & historically marginalized populations in Family Court to make sure they get everything they are entitled to in cases involving divorce, Orders of Protection, child custody, & child support.
✧ I educate legal & other professionals on DEI, focusing on how to anticipate, welcome, & benefit from all types of diversity.
✧ I share my knowledge gained as a Legislative Director for the New York State Assembly about State legislative advocacy & State funding resources with advocates & not-for-profit organizations.
✧ I help people prepare for the future by protecting their rights in the event of injury or infirmity by creating health care proxies, living wills, & powers of attorney and by drafting wills to protect their loved ones in the event of the ultimate tragedy.
✧ I elevate the voices of domestic violence victims & survivors in court & the community. I work with community organizations to educate them about the legal rights of survivors and to increase victims' access to justice & services.
